I never thought I would be writing a review like this. I've never had an issue here and normally love the food and service until today. Today I ordered 2 ala carte items....a street taco and regular carne asada taco. The street taco normally only comes with onions amd cilantro and the regular tacos like the carne asada comes with Pico and guacamole. My son had to pick up my order for me and when he brought it back home, the tacos looked like someone just threw them in the container and the carne asada taco only had meat and onions. I figured maybe it was an oversight or maybe they were busy and just in a rush, so I called. The lady who answered the phone was not very nice and when I tried to explain that there was an issue with my order, it seemed like there was a miscommunication, so I told her I could just come and bring my order so she could see. When my son took me there, the same lady on the phone had a not so nice attitude and there was a bunch of eye rolls from her. The guy that was cooking came out laughed at the situation because while I was explaining and pointing out the obvious what was wrong with the order, the lady kept shrugging at me and kept saying she the pico and guacamole was right there on the carne asada taco and pointing at it like there was something on there. When I asked where is it, with a straight face she kept saying it's right there with a smirk. Then I asked about a refund and the guy laughed and said they couldn't do a refund I have to get one through the app and she echoed the same thing. The way I was spoken to and handled was like I was dirt and beneath them. It hurt me so bad to the point of tears and that's when the lady offered to fix the situation. My order was remade and then she showed me my order and asked if it was okay and then apologized. I really don't understand why she didn't do that on the first place. I wouldn't wish being treated like that on anyone. I don't know if the picture attached, but if it did, thats a picture of what I have normally received when ordering one of their regular tacos and that is not what I received.
