Gursha is one of the most underrated restaurants in Des Moines. I've been eating here for years but haven't left a review. Every dish is good, all their veggies are fresh, portions are generous, price is a bargain. So much flavor, and the people are kind. I love this restaurant. Try the injera, it's like a savory sourdough flapjack that you pile your main dish onto.
